A 45-minute talk built from 2-3 elements of the You Grow Girl! CULTIVATE model. Talks are customized for the audience based on client objectives.
Workshops and Training
Take a deeper dive into the CULTIVATE model, with activities and application opportunities throughout. The number of activities will be based on timing allocated to programming and can range from 2-7 hours.
Retreats and Well Being Programs
Learn and apply the CULTIVATE model through interactive retreats or wellness and well-being programming. Spend time to connect, learn, and grow through additional reflection, journaling prompts, growth activities, and group interaction.
Event Pop Ups
Add value to your events through the You Grow Girl! messaging. We can customize the delivery through book tables/giveaways, merchandise, mini-talks, and/or breakouts within your run of the show.
Panel Moderation
Bring real-life examples to your event through an interactive panel. Collaborate to plan an engaging panel experience for your group related to growth and development topics.
