You Grow Girl! is a movement devoted to helping you pursue the best version of yourself. We know you wear many hats: daughter, wife, mother, sister, friend, and many more. Not only do we juggle all of these titles, but we consistently deal with perfectionism, impostor syndrome, comparison, and unkind people. Life is a huge adventure and there are so many opportunities to grow at every stage and every age. You Grow Girl! is the Miracle-Gro® that provides the structure for all of us to cultivate our full potential.
Growing takes time and is best done with other women helping you along the way. You Grow Girl! represents the perfect formula to help any woman strive for her personal and professional goals. Best of all, you don’t have to do it alone!
Meet Our Founders!
You Grow Girl! was founded by Amy P. Kelly and Julie Nee.
Amy believes in people and works to help them grow into the leaders they were created to be. She is a global human resources and talent development executive known for building high-performance talent and cultures, including award-winning workplaces and leadership development programs. Amy’s passion is to believe in people and partners to build successful leaders and teams in all aspects of life, whether at home with her husband and found children, in her community, or in organizations around the world.
Julie is a leader, motivator, and a passionate teacher of all things positivity. Heart-centered leadership and enthusiasm are her trademarks. Julie brings twenty-five years of business experience in sales, sales leadership, and marketing, including nineteen years at The Hershey Company building business, leading teams, and developing people. Julie has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries to drive positive change in their organizations. In addition to keynote speaking, Julie serves as the vice president of training with The Jon Gordon Companies. Her passion is to inspire others to ignite and shine their inner light on the world around them.
Together, their passion for growing themselves and others brought them to write the You Grow Girl! Book and Companion Journal!
